How to update ns-3 version? #54

Hello! As far as I know, the latest ns-3 version 3.34 already supports bbr-congestion. How should I update the ns-3 version in ns3-gym? Thank you so much!

@IrisChiao Did you have any luck upgrading the version? I also would like to use ns3-gym with the current ns-3 version.

I am using 3.31 and it seems working. Haven't tried 3.34 yet
