Change the static ip #83

Hello, how to change the static ip of the development board? After I change the static ip in the /etc/dhcpd.conf file, the development board will be restored to the ip 192.168.1.100 after restart

I have seen this recently as well. Still, it seems that it is able to connect to a DHCP server and is accessible through another IP.
