Currently, if a move to file is not unique, the 2nd selection for rank is displayed. This is not necessary if there is only one rank possible, although the piece has yet to be choosen!
Example: select "e" after: 1. e4 e5
rank-selection should be skipped and directly proceeded to piece selection!
