Pressing save button in Icarus results in a prompt to reload project

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open a project in Icarus
2. Press save button (with or without any changes)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I always get a "File modification detected" message box and the option reload 
the project file or ignore

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.2.517 win7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
