Change jcenter to maven in the build.gradle file #105

Due to jcenter shutdown, it will be great if you could change the dependency

UPDATE: We tested this change for our deployment, and it appears to be working as expected 👀

https://github.com/tkporter/react-native-sms/pull/107 has been merged and released as v1.12.0, so this issue can be resolved 🎉
