Name matching

Need internal call for matching names to GameObjects, to be used in commands (ie 'look foo', need to turn foo into an object).

Parameters:

• Name to search
• Type(s) to return, default to all
• Local or global, default to local
• Searcher (optional unless local search)
• Expected cardinality ('find first' or 'error if more than one match')
