What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Fiddling around with the audio settings, both in OSX and Soundflower
2. Setting input to soundflower 2ch or 16ch

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to be able to livestream my output audio, my input microphone, and still
be able to hear the sound coming out of my speakers and use my microphone.
I want to be able to route my microphone input as well as system sound output
to soundflower's input setting and still be able to both hear the output
through my speakers as well as be able to use my microphone (setting input to
soundflower disables my microphone from working)
When I do set input to soundflower, my mic stops working.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Soundflower 1.5.2
Please provide any additional information below.
OSX 10.6.7
