new setup script to automate configuration for an IP based server
Standalone flask server for DP provisioning to EUDs. 15 minute timeout.
updated docs inc "2 minute TAK server" video link
ssl mod to add SubjectAltName for fussy ATAK ssl clients

I've updated #16 to reflect this pull request. I think this is an excellent feature, and will greatly improve the setup process.

While I think we can work with a bash script if we must, I would very much like to see this implemented in takyctl. I think that way we limit the number of commands to understand, and centralize functionality in one place.
