Tested with ATAK 4.4.0.6 and custom CoT/SSL clients.

SAN for certs with an IP address eg. https://192.168.1.1
New .conf examples for vanilla TCP and SSL setups
Debug info for client certificate
Fixed setup_taky_cmd server_name
whois extension for anon shapes
README updated with more examples
