feature: upgrade to aedes and new in-flight manager

mosca and mqtt-nedb-store change to Aedes and mqtt-jsonl-store

New MQTT published topics introduced

• 1) vessel/self deltas
• 2) vessels deltas
• 3) JSON Signalk self paths (same as previously but client updated)
• 4) vessels and JSON both published at the same time

Broker upgraded to Aedes.

Integration works with Home Assistant both ways.
