German translations

Hi

Many thanks again for this fantastic plugin for Redmine!

I've made the translations for german. Maybee you will integrate them into next 
release?

Two localizations are missing in current version:

- next memo
- pre.memo

One question: How do you select the tickets for daily view? I did'nt understand 
what the selections are? Aren't these the start date and due date?

Thank you for de.yml

I took in de.yml. -> r184.
And I modified "pre.memo" and "next memo" for multi language support.

but I can not translations "pre.memo" and "next memo" into German.
So please teach me them.

Green viewed tickets(new one) are created or modified in that day.
Once add ticket or Fill time on green view ticket,
the tickets are listing up every day 
until delete("x" link in Monthly Report)

I don't treat start date and due date.

Hi.

I changed the translation-file for german a little bit - for your next release. 
But I can't get the alert "wt_no_permission_del", so I've no idea, what a 
accurate translation is.

Thanks for improvement.
I adopted your de.yml -> r187.

"wt_no_permission_del" is appear
when click "x" of Monthly Report(right edge of ticket title)
on time != 0.
