Can't change user

I have checked "View work time other member", but on worktime page (v.0.1.0) i 
can change only project, not user. (Redmine 1.2.0.stable)

Perhaps you look the work_time page that dose not join with PROJECT via 
account_menu(top right link).
So the work_time page dose not join with other member of PROJECT.

To open the project joined work_time page, check 'View work time tab' in Roles 
SettingPage and check work_time module in Project's module setting.
Then the work_time tab appear in project menu.
The work_time tab is project joined work_time page 
and you can select other member of Project in this page.
