French translation

I've made a french translation for your plugin.

Given that I don't understand the "relayed reports" I can't translate it in 
French. Feel free to explain me the "relay" things.

Thanks for your french translation.

In the page of "Ticket Relayed Monthly report",
it sum up hours of relayed tickets to a ticket.

e.g.

ticket a: 10hour
ticket b: 5hour
ticket c: 8hour

<<relay>>
ticket a -> ticket A
ticket b -> ticket A
ticket c -> ticket B

<<monthly report>>
ticket A:10+5=15hour
ticket B:8=8hour
