Only runs in 32bit Max Environment #1

could you make a build of the externals that runs in 64bit Max? Would be very helpful for me!

Hi Max,

we're you able to find a replacement of this project, or something similar? I'm still looking for a project that works within max and my rtlsdr.

Hey @IKdmg

This is some time ago, but I remember running SDR in Max/MSP. I haven't used it in quite some time, but it's certainly something I want to get back to in the future. Maybe we can join our efforts to advance this. If the codebase on the repo is still up to date, I could try to build the 64bit externals on my machine and share them with you. Otherwise, there are probably multiple solutions to get this to work. I could also imagine a Python instance that talks to Max/MSP to control the SDR.

Unfortunately the link comes back to this thread. Guess it's not that up to date.

I tried to use the pack in the most newest Max/MSP environment, but only got some errors;

I'm at the same time indeed also looking for an option that will work with python. I'll try to look for another solution :)

Thanks for answering tho! I'd call myself a rookie at the moment, so I don't think I'll be very helpfull for now. BUT if I find something else that's working I'll let you know :)

+1 for a solution to this. I'm wondering if an application like wireshark could be used to interface between max and an sdr? I'm no code genius very much a novice - any help greatly appreciated!

If I get XCode to run I can try and download the XCode project and recompile it. Maybe that does the job. Let's see if I find time for this tomorrow or next week.
