A Web application that presents a list of Canvas external (LTI) tools with details. When integrated within Canvas, the user can search for specific LTI tool(s), and add or remove those tools from Canvas courses.

Deployment build fails due to missing `static` directory #183
After merging #171, a build failed in OpenShift, I believe because Dockerfile instructed a copy of a static directory that did not exist. My guess is this line can be removed.
