Add indicator that tool is already available in the course

During usability testing, some users were confused initially by the "Remove tool" button, not realizing the tool was already available. We could add some kind of indicator -- a badge, icon, etc. -- that communicates the tool is already available, installed, etc.

Test Plan:

• Launch CAE tool within a Canvas course site
• Look for the cards for already enabled LTI tools within this course site
• There should be "REMOVE TOOL" action button, with a green check sign next to it.
• Mouse over the green check sign, you should see the message of "Tool in Course Navigation Menu"

For QA testing If it passes testing just leave a comment and move to the Done Column. If it fails testing, leave a comment re-open and move back to "In Progress".

I closed this and put it back in the QA column.

Performed tests per TEST PLAN on the Canvas App Explorer Test site. No unexpected behavior found.
