Change Color contract ratio when tabbing the Accordion #328

When selected via tabbing, it changed the color from navy to gray resulting in a contrast issue. Suggestion: Update the text to be darker to fix contrast issues such as #00274c (blue) over gray

Confirmed color contrast is working as expected.
