Fixes #328

  1. I have the fix in the ccm dev instance so that Janel can review if this is what she is expecting with the fix. She concur it.
  2. This PR has been quite a learning in terms of Custom Material UI stuff, how you can grab hold of global css class.

@ssciolla Janel said the change look ok based with color contrast.

The color is displaying as expected whether I'm using a trackpad or tabbing.
