Do a server-side rendering of Maizey URL #23

To support Maizey redirect from our LTI tool we need to make 2 changes

  1. have the LTI tool opened from new window. This is an LTI configuration change
  2. Do the Server side rendering once the tool is launched
  3. To access admin interface use a manual approach https://clrt-test/admin.
