issue_118 added mkdir to Dockerfile and simplified rclone_setup.sh #119

Added a commit to add a few more features and updates to the Dockerfile and rclone_setup. Works for me locally now.

Switching to slim says about 500MB and the image is half the size.

RClone 1.53.1 which was used had this bug: https://github.com/rclone/rclone/issues/4592
