revert back the changes made to rclone inside Dockerfile (#138)
added the flag of --force-architecture to make build successful with Apple AMD

@zqian So the build failed when running on Openshift container? I don't see the error you reported when running locally.

Right. We only tested the sis_set_url option yesterday. This is the error with the sis_upload process, which we have not tested.

Okay, rather than --force-architecture I switched it to detect and use the correct architecture for the base image. This seems like it would work better. Looks good. We may want to update the rclone version but that can be a separate issue.
