Full diff implementation with cron + selected ignore terms #11

Diff capability is working and gives proper HTTP response back if needed and shows changes to MDining API in LocationDiff.txt and MealDiff.txt. I added ignore.json where we can put all the terms that we want the diff checker to ignore like repeated terms or special cases.
