Delete useless entities? #7

I believe many of the entities we have are useless and confusing.

Items like "Retail AM, Retail Items, Retail PM" seem like they aren't going to return anything useful.

Also there's some building categorized as a dining hall and some as a cafe that will have different categories. We may want to consult with the web team to find the most appropriate options?
