Describe your problem or feature you'd like added

Currently data is dumped and reloaded every day. This is not efficient and requires more time to update the data with every course added to MyLA.

[x] When adding a new course, need to update resource_access from the beginning of the term #1006
[ ] Explore ways to only update data for current term courses
[ ] Identify more efficient ways to retrieve the data. (UDP? Canvas Data 2? GCP Process?)
[ ] Perform more calculations during the ETL rather than during the view
