fix wrong GitHub branch in footer #1542

The new GitHub workflow to automatically build Docker images adds the SHA into the footer for release 2023.02.01. However, along with that, it displays the branch, not the tag. It should display tag.

This will get tested once the release is deployed to MyLA Test.
