Added a simple stream handler to capture messages of WARNING or higher, then display them at the end of the run.
Subclassed tqdm to allow output to logger, which also addresses carriage return vs. newline problems.
Remove progress bar updates for non-course tasks. Connection pool setup tasks were adding iterations to the task loop, which caused the progress bar to exceed 100%.

@jaydonkrooss, @jonespm, @zqian… Please review this when you have the time. I expect it to be an easy approval. I'd like to merge this ASAP so @ziegler1960 can test it, but the degree of urgency depends on how soon he recuperates after his sick day today.
