I think when listing the course counts it would be useful to indicate at least published counts. It looks like published is only when the workflow_state = 'available', all other values are not published. It might be useful to include each state in the report but I don't know if that would be too much information.
Workflow status indicating the current state of the course, valid values are: completed (course has been hard concluded), created (course has been created, but not published), deleted (course has been deleted), available (course is published, and not hard concluded), claimed (course has been undeleted, and is not published).
Maybe something like
** UDW Course Counts by Term **
term : course_count
Winter 2023 : 12345 total, 1234 published
It looks like this le_status is also available in the UDP.
