feat: element to delete tradition (#99)

Goals

• Create reusable dialog component
• Create TraditionStore to manage tradition state across components
• Support the deletion of traditions including a warning dialog
• Handle the case when all traditions are deleted

Notes

• Server-side permissions in the middleware need to be adjusted to make sure that users can only delete their own traditions
