Add requested test user/tradition data #152

user@example.org (pw UserPass) has three traditions

Notre besoin, public
Florilegium, private (with multiple sections)
Legend fragment, private (with multiple sections)

benutzer@example.org (pw BenutzerKW) has three traditions

Matthew 401, public
John verse, private
Arabic snippet, private

admin@example.org (pw AdminPass) has one tradition

Verbum uncorrected, private

– In the browser, all the traditions are tagged as having private access. But it seems to be a UI issue. + In the browser, the users are assigned to their traditions according to the comment of this pull #152. ? Is 'Matthew 401' the same as 'Ժամանակագրութիւն checked'? I see the latter in the toc in the browser.

Regarding the UI I will add issues because they are rather about access rights than about the data
