This implements #103 for the biggest part. A user should now be able to run any algorithm with specified parameters and a job indicator should appear in the right side info panel. For now we are using a mock Stemweb server to have deterministic answers from the back end. Tbh I have no real idea how we are going to integrate-test this with a live Stemweb server (e.g. how to make sure you will get a certain job status guaranteed, we might think a little about that later).
