As a user of the application I need to be able to visualize the results the system produces in a meaningful way.

AC:

research the pros and cons of a few python visualization frameworks that can be used with in a web application
determine how robust the tool will be for being fitted into a web page on demand

Correct me if I'm wrong here, if we are doing static front end visuals, then python will work - but if we want some interactive visualizations, wouldn't we work with Javascript? Might be a bit early to worry about the visualization, but good to have an issue for it
