SPIKE: Web app framework #4

The application should be designed to be a scalable web application from the front that can serve dynamic pages to the user and reveal a full API of features

AC:

Do research on a few different web app frameworks for Python (Flask :D amongst others) and list a few of the features that are said to make it unique.
Find a few applications that use the different frameworks and list what is and isn't desirable about each.

I think if we're set on python for our back-end (which I very much am okay with, but we should discuss it), then it's really only Django vs Flask. Flask has easier startup, plus you already have experience with it so we'll have someone on our team who can already answer some questions. Django is gonna be more robust overall, but I think with a couple of noobs on the team and someone who knows the framework, we should stick to Flask.

Seeing as how I'm both a Python and either of those frameworks been what ever you guys think is best works for me (what Tyrone said is probably best)
