Azure Architecture Proposal #6

Was looking into pricing. I get 150/mo with my visual studio membership for free (can't be used to generate a profit). Figured we could do the below. We can have multiple applications on a single app service plan, but I threw two of them into the plan so we could have one for develop environment, one for stable branch and there was a little left over in the plan. Let me know what you guys think.
