Looking at the timesteps in the namelist.

Using the GLDAS Data, I was able to use FORC_TYP = 1 with 2007 data with https://pastebin.com/vpv9XVx2

It has something to do with the timestep taken

Command for GFSANL Data example:

wget -r -e robots=off -l1 --no-parent -nc -nd -A "gfsanl_4*006.grb2" [URL]
