Explenation

Watershed E's simulation is in ~/sim directory. When simualting a segfault error is shown in the run log as well as on console.

I have tried recompiling the WRF executable but no change

New Watershed Fixes the issue. However there are no FRXST Discharge points. Same error of No Forecast or gage points found for frxstPtsOut
