Solved issue: build failure in windows #13

I solved issue https://github.com/tlberglund/groovy-liquibase/issues#issue/9

With replacing \ for /. So windows has no build failure anymore.

I also edited README and HOWTO.

(I was struggling with GitHub so started over again, clean sheet. I think you can accept this pull request)

Thanks for the fix. Once again the lack of CI on this project has bit me. Jenkins will soon save me. :)
