Maven support #3

It works fine with gradle, but we use Maven in "42bv" so we want to have Maven support.

It will make Groovy-Liquibase, easier to adopt for projects.

The DSL is now available in Maven Central under the vector com.augusttechgroup:groovy-liquibase-dsl:0.7.0. Finally...Maven support. :)
