Updating link to Liquibase contexts

The entire document is probably woefully out of date. For one thing, Gradle is not needed to use the Groovy DSL, though it is the easiest way. I'm working on an update of the plugin to support version 3.4.1 of Liquibase, it should be released in a week or so. I'll take another look at the documentation then.

For future reference, Liauibase Groovy DSL is now part of the Liquibase organization and can be found at https://github.com/liquibase/liquibase-groovy-dsl. I've made your suggested edit there, and I'll push soon.
