[ARCH][TVMScript] Remove Parser_v1 #312

Since the new parser is enabled as the default one, it's a good time to remove the parser_v1.

I open this issue want to see if anyone is still using the parser_v1 or if there are any cases that are supported by the parser_v1 but not working with the new parser.

No objection. We should do it sooner than later in case of future confusion

I believe no one is using parser_v1 anymore. Let's remove it.
