  1. General code cleanup
  2. Remove unnecessary manual memory management
  3. Add feature to parse "tldr git commit" style invocations.

Thank you for your pull request. Much appreciated. I haven't spend to much time looking through the changes (currently on mobile), but I noticed you added 'using namespace std;', I'll not allow any using namespace in the codebase.
