remove android client #38

Hi, This PR removes the Android client as it is no longer available on the Google Play Store. We could change this to another client like tldroid, but since the project isn't being updated since 2017 I decided not to. Should we go with this or do you guys prefer to link this other client?

I just tried the tldroid app, and while it installs and opens, it doesn't seem to be able to fetch any commands. If it worked, I'd suggest linking to it even though it's not being updated, because it's open source and people could pick it up and resume development. But as it is, it doesn't seem worth linking to a non-working client :/

@hidroh, if you'd like to either transfer the repo to the tldr-pages org, or give access to some of the tldr-pages maintainers, we would be happy to integrate contributions from the community to get the app working again.

@sbrl ~The client seems not to exist anymore.~ The link should be changed to https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.github.hidroh.tldroid.

I don't think we should be linking to a non-working client. Better to just remove the link.

@agnivade as you wish. It's okay to me.

Merged, since everyone seems to be in agreement and this has been sitting around a while.
