There is no Hacktober banner in readme file #80

The README currently does not include the official Hacktoberfest banner, which is essential to indicate that this repository is participating in Hacktoberfest clearly. The inclusion of the Hacktoberfest banner will attract contributors and highlight the repository's participation in this open-source event.

Expected Outcome The banner should follow Hacktoberfest guidelines for image usage and branding.

Hi, thanks for the issue. The hacktoberfest banner isn't explicitly required in the README of a project to document its participation. Any project having the repository label "hacktoberfest" has opted in to participate in the initiative (check out https://hacktoberfest.com/participation/#maintainers for more information).

In our case, all repositories in the tldr-pages organization have the "hacktoberfest" label and your merged PRs (contributions) are automatically counted after the 1 week buffer period.
