Publish builds #4

We need to publish builds of this somewhere, likely npm so that it's more convenient to use.

Closing this as done via 534f7d3bffb526b85358422c1f091441f7366e10.

There's no need to publish builds, really. We can run the script via CI and publish the artifact to a predictable URL.
