Update links to man pages #12999

There are a lot of pages on which we have links to sites with man pages other than manned.org, for example man7.org:

grep -r "<https://man7.org" pages/ | wc -l
23

We should update these pages. See https://github.com/tldr-pages/tldr-lint/issues/325 for list of sites with man pages.

Yes. I have updated most of the links, but if you find any that have not been updated, feel free to submit a PR.
