Why is pip outdated? @tldr-bot

Is it because Python2 uses pip, while Python3 uses pip3 ？

but in fact, the official default still uses pip

Sorry, I didn't this important sentence. I fixed it.

Translations of pages should be done based on the English (US) page in the pages directory. If the English pages don't exist for the command, it should be added first in a PR before creating a translation.

If you want to add examples to the page, you need to add them to the English page first.
