Add GitHub Sponsorship to tldr-pages organization level #5741

We discussed this on #3102 but looks like we can now enable the sponsorship program to the organization level here: https://github.com/sponsors/accounts

We already use Liberapay here: https://liberapay.com/tldr-pages. I suspect that adding more than 1 platform would complicate matters rather.

The nice thing about Liberapay is that we do not have to be a legal entity to receive donations. Does GitHub Sponsors work the same way - i.e. allowing us to set takes for each member?
