[feature] Lock Zoom #28

Whenever I am writing I need to move the canvas, and it seems in ipad it always changes the current zoom rate. It would be nice if we can lock the zoom rate to lets say 100%

Hi, closing this as we won't be adding new features to this version of tldraw. Check https://github.com/tldraw/tldraw for the latest! We do have improved features around this there.
