[feature] Hotkey overlay on sidebar buttons #41

I'm aware that the help panel https://github.com/tldraw/tldraw/pull/816 already exists, and that you can hover over a button to get a tooltip containing the hotkey. However, you can't pin the hotkey help menu somewhere while working on something, and having to hover a button for a tooltip every time I forgot a hotkey is quite tedious.

One potential way to address this, as well as help new users get up to speed with tldraw, could be to to have an overlay of the hotkey for a button visible at all times, similar to what excalidraw does:
