Old extension - Follows fail but are shown as successful #54

If a follow fails due to update limits, the account is marked by both "Successfully followed" and "Follow was rejected by Twitter", and the extension does not use the "Twitter limit exceeded wait count".

This is with the old extension and old Twitter skin.
