This is mainly a modification of simreads:

Only the loc (mode) of the distribution can be changed now
The loc is modified by dwell_mod and intensity_mod which take a fraction of the distribution sd
Each value is dynamically computed to the intensity of the variation is now kmer specific

I also introduced a few other small changes.

The main module is now called main.py (https://docs.python.org/3/library/__main__.html)
Merged with poetry branch and modified accordingly
I removed db_prefix in SampCompDB as I found it clumsy and went back to db_fn. This has no impact on the CLI, but the API call is slightly different
I changed the direction of the simlinks for licence, changelog, contribution and code of conduct as it works better in github.
